Refund Policy

At 2:22, we aim to serve our community with care and excellence. Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind or personal preference. Refunds are only available if your item arrives damaged or defective.

To qualify for a refund:

• You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Proof of the damage or defect is required (e.g., photos).

• Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period cannot be processed.

• We do not issue refunds for undamaged items, incorrect sizes, or personal preference.

2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

3. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
