  • Proof of the damage or defect is required (e.g., photos).

  • Refund requests submitted after the 7-day period cannot be processed.

  • We do not issue refunds for undamaged items, incorrect sizes, or personal preference.

How to Request a Refund

  2. Include your order number and photos of the damaged or defective item.

  3. Once approved, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
